The girl should know if you fancy her by the way you look at each other, do you say hello to each other? if not you must start a conversation and take it from there if you are both very shy one of you must make a move or things will continue the way they are and that will solve nothing.Go on give it a try good luck.,

best time to approachher is at a party, just wander up to her, strike up a conversation and take it from there. there's plenty of signs that she's interested if you just put in the time to see them. most importantly, if she stays talking to you she likes you, because why would she wait around with some guy she doesn't like. try get her talking about herself, that way she can control the conversation, this will make her feel a lot more comfortable. next joke about with her a bit, have a laugh, be able to laugh about yourself, then she'll feel even more comfortable around you. then as time passes step a bit closer, make some sort of contact, like, if your in a crowd and someone is pushing by, place your hand on her lower back and block the pusher from knockig into her...after that its really up to you. more slight contact and edging closer to her will help, slowly does it, if you like her and she likes you then there will plenty of time to do "other" things, dont push your self on to her! last point, be confident about yourself!

Just start talking to her. Please, try to get her alone to do this. You will probably make a big fool of yourself if you approach her in front of her friends. Try to chat with her, and definitely ask for her number. If you get it easily and she seems eager to give it to you, that is a good sign that she likes you. Just stay off the phone unless you're making a date. Even if you are, you should stay on the phone for no more than about 5 minutes. Good luck!

well the first thing is to make sure she knows you. then be nice to her and then you can tell her in a NON extravigant way that you like her and ask her if she would like to go out sometime on a date. If she says no don't do something that makes her uncomfertable around you like holding a grudge. she might go out with you some other time or not but if she says sure dont rush because she might be creeped out by that go slow and if she didn't like you to start she might like you in the end

Well, you can give off signs or drop little hints at her. Tell her 'hi' and smile at her whenever you see her. Try to be subtle, but not so much that you look completely obvious and weird.
