Reports are that China is using our money to build up it's long range bombers and submarine fleet. Who do you think they are most likely to use those against? If they did, what would happen to your business? Both are pretty cheap so, based on everything, I'd pick India.

i don't know, i've never been to china, but i'll warn u that india is pretty expensive, at least for middle class people.
