For the past 3 years I've like this guy. This past year I thought that we finally was going to be in a relationship, but he turned out to be this guy that I wanted to have a future with, but on the other hand someone who will probably bring me down. Its hard to get over him since I put my whole heart into having feelings for him. Now I'm trying to give my life over to God and move on from having feelings about this guy. With Gods help, will I be able to move on?

Hon, you just have to realize that there all a lot of guys out there who are crazy about you. It's always very hard to get over someone you think is that important in your life, but many of us have been there and it all just works out in the end. You should be celebrating your ability to recognize that he would not have added anything to your life.

There is a whole lot more to life. You need to concentrate on those things before they are gone as well. Don't worry about this one guy. Go out and meet the real Mr. Right.

Yes you will, I know what you mean, me and my man just broke up, I did lower my standard for this guy and now I am paying the price, but I know once the tears dry and the hurt is gone that I will be much happier, it's just hard to see that right now when the hurt is blinder you. I just broke up last week after a year and a half loving this guy. you should and always love him, but you must realize that you did the right choice and god will bless you.

Well.. I was in that same situation once and Girl I prayed sooo much.I liked this one guy who I knew didn't love the Lord and my heart was just stuck on him, but all of the sudden this guy appeared (Shawn wich is my husband now) and I always asked God to give me a man that loves Him and trust Him. So if He did that for me for sure he will do that for you.

No disrespect, but turning to an imaginary deity won't help you. You need to do this for yourself. Have faith in yourself and you will be much stronger than any intangible faith will deliver.

It's natural to turn to religion to bolster your belief- but it's more important you regain your confidence inside and not be sucked into a false promise.

Yes... give it over to God. Pray alot (every time you think of it).
If it didn't work out , and you trust God then trust that this is best - according to his will.

You are prayed for.

Be patient, and watch what God will do.

God is within you. You have to find that strangth inside you and realise that you have all you ever need in your own self :) And if you will find someone else to share the path with, that is fine, but don't stress yourself. You are amazing and complete :)
