don't drink soda!
I could go on and on and on about willpower and weakness and addiction.... but... just don't drink soda!
Or at least stay away from aspartame - or most fake sugar drinks basically. Stuff causes cancer at the dosages we're taking in like humans. tons of other really creepy stuff about it.
Drink yourself a soda or two a day, and just excersise more instead to get rid of the sugars! Brush your teeth once or twice a day more! *and drink some water!!!*

I like to fill a tall glass 1/4 full with orange juice and top it with ice-cold sparkling water. It's sooooooo refreshing!

Drink sparkling water....they have it in flavors, but I think the plain or natural is bet with a slice of lime or lemon.
