A good person, religious? Are they nuts? My religion teaches me to be a man and stand up and state my case when I am wrong not run like a coward. 33% of our prison population is illegal immigrants but I bet they are all good people looking for a better life. Sending this fool to jail at the tax payers expense is wrong put him to death or bill Pres. Fox for his up keep and too pay the family of the officer that was killed. See we tax payers will pay for the funeral, the widow and kids of the deceased, the trial and imprisonment of the criminal who in my opinion has no right to a fair trial as he is not a citizen. Hang him.

If he is such a deeply religious, hard working family man why was he breaking so many laws for so many years. He was in this country illegally - that is breaking the law. He was driving with out a license and with out insurance which is breaking the law. And those are just the things we know about. So why should I feel sorry for him because he was afraid he would get caught breaking the law and ran. That was not a bad choice that was a criminal trying to save his own neck - and it caused him to kill another person. Why should I feel sorry for him again? If he was a citizen no one would be feeling sorry for him.

I am amazed that the news even played that story considering the gay bays lefty view...pressure! I live in Arkansas and almost every day there is some article in our news paper pushing the ol' they are good people crap! Sob stories, how good of folks they are......well would we need that if they were? $hit!
