Since you're asking here on Yahoo, it would be better to just post your actual question than to say "I need to talk to a police." Even if "a police" wanted to answer your question here on Yahoo, they couldn't, because you haven't asked anything. Ok?
So, post your actual question, then wait for answers. Otherwise, either use the phone book to find your local police dept.'s number (in America, it's listed somewhere near front of the phone book).
Or, if you don't have a phone book, call 411 (in America) and they can help you contact your local police.

actually the number is not 911 for police, 911 is for the 911 dispatch center i.e. fire, ems, police, haz-mat. If its not an emergency and you just need to ask a question or get information, look in the phone book for the local dept. number.
