As far as polite goes, Could You is the proper phrase to use. Just as if you call someone on the phone, please say MAY I speak with so-and-so - never CAN I . . . but yes, you do need to work on your spelling dear!!

You need more than a dictionary. I cannot even understand your question! What the heck is a "phersasal" verb? And it's "which" not "whitch." Learn some grammar now~!!
