I have straight/slightly wavy hair and there are days where I want that "curly and wet" look. I can't seem to get any mousses to work, they just make my hair frizzy and puffy. Any suggestions?

Try Aussie Sprunch Spray. It really works well and for under $4.00 you can't beat it. It is made just for the curly and wet look and fights frizz too. It also has a wonderful scent which is more than I can say for some of those anti frizz serums. Hope this helps you.

Mouss won't give you a wet look. When hair is wet, put gel in then use a diffuser to get most of the moisture out, then let it air dry the rest of the way. If you blow dry it all the way it will go frizzy! When it is completely dry, try use a curling iron on some of the straighter pieces, then piece out your curls with a pomade! Lots of work if you want this look, but worth it!

When you get ready to get out of the shower, try using Paul Mitchell The Conditioner. Slather that on & wrap your wet hair with a towel. Next step - use John Freida Frizz Ease serum. Work that through your damp hair, scrunching it into ringlets. Then use the John Freida curl spray - can't think of the name, sorry - (I think it's step 4 on the bottle) & that will help your curls hold, make them look just like what you want, without the frizz!!!

Mousse doesnt work on my hair either.I have the same type.I started to use Fructis spray gel,
Not the heavy one and used the diffuser on my dryer.WOW what a diff.Remember , w/ hair wet , spray gel throughout , shake it up and wait until its damp / dry than use the dryer.
Should work

try a little frizz ease on very wet hair then scrunch in some of the new kind of herbal essences mousse for curly hair...if your hair is not very wavy, maybe that's why it isnt turning out how you want it

i'm particularly particularly white (i'm speaking very almost organic white) and my hair is rather very skinny, yet there is a number of it. It sounds like infant hair, yet i've got have been given a number of hair. that's dark purple/brown often, yet while i'm out interior the sunlight for greater advantageous than an hour daily then my hair starts getting lighter and finally blonde. So human beings will ask me interior the autumn if I dyed my hair :P my hair is definitely wavy and that i in my view like it that way. i in my view choose it to be lots longer although. yet because of fact that my hair is so skinny, its hassle-free to manage it. So if i brush my hair while its moist and enable it dry whilst its rapidly, it will be rapidly for the the remainder of the day. My eyes are deep blue with brown around the student (and that's no longer only like a small ring, it certainly spreads out).

Have your hair damp and then twist chunks of it in loose buns and pin them to your hair. Wait until they dry and take them out. Then take a styleing mousse and put it in your hand and just scrunch your hair.

Put gel in your hair when it's wet. Then use a defuser on your hair dryer. If you want it to be almost hard. Put hairspray in it after the gel when it's wet. Then defuse.
