Get uTorrent and use it as your torrent uploader and downloader. You can then choke the upload and download speeds individually to a total max of KB/sec. 0 means unlimited. I often kick this down to 10 or 15 when it is time to play World of Warcraft.

nope there is no feature for that but you can minimize the upload to almost 1bit per sec so its almost like not uploading.

Yep, you can. You'll just send the leechers to someone else, or if there are no other seeders, you'll piss off a few people, but it's usually pretty anonymous, no one will know it was you.
