a nice smelling one that cleans all the product build up out of your hair, and also use a little conditioner even if your hair is short! you could use a two-in-one like Pantene or Garnier!

It depends, is it short? if so you can pretty much use any type because it doesn't stay around long enough to get very damaged.
If its long and you are out in the sun and swim i would use a moisturizing shampoo maybe a little leave in conditioner
