my status has come to an end and my husband who is a citizen won't file for me.. can anybody help me as i want to stay!!

If you have been here more than five years you can file for a green card or file for citizenship.

This site is probably not the best place to find the help that you seek. The "immigration issue" brings out extreme knuckleheads from both sides of the "issue".
My suggestion would be to find an attorney who specializes in immigration and discuss your eligibility issues with him or her.
If your husband is not willing to support your efforts in becoming a documented citizen that would seem to be your best route.
