ok now before you all flip out about pot smoking take some things into consideration.... number of alcohol related legal and health problems, death tolls,and then look at the pot side of those and be honest which is really the worse of the two evils???

Well....... First off I think that pot should be legalized! But its not . You don't get addicted to it and there aren't any accidents that are caused by it you don't hear about guys beating up girls because they are high you are mellow and things just roll off of you , But all these things that I mentioned have a different affect if you have a few drinks you will get angry you will drive a car and not be in control you can get addicted to alcohol you can lose everything you acquire in life over it and have to go to AA meetings and possible metal health or spend a long time in jail because one a one night drunken fling so I think that we should go back to Prohibition and make alcohol a big no no I think the world would be a much nicer place if everyone had a buzz the economy would benefit from it by growing, and selling it legally and the earth would be happier cause it would help the ozone grow stronger.

Smoking pot is definitely safer, and definitely healthier. It makes you happier, it doesn't alter your vision as much as alcohol does, and when you are high you don't want to do anything but be peaceful. Alcohol is the exact opposite, you want to run around, you have to piss every 5 minutes, and you want to fight everyone. Alcohol can't be used as a medical substance either, but pot can. Alcohol is definitely more evil.

pot makes me horny, happy and loving (ok, made, back in the day)
alcohol makes me happy, emotional and fearless, with a bit of bad judgement and temper thrown in.
I think, just like everything, addicting or not, moderation is the key. People are going to drink and smoke, that is no suprise. it is just necessary to do it smart, safe and in moderation. So much depends on the person doing it, too.

You've weighed it out correctly in my opinion. Alcohol tends to make people become irrational, emotional, dangerous and stupid. Pot can make you stupid too but I've never know anyone to, for example, want to beat the **** out of someone for no apparent reason the way alcohol sometimes makes people do. If anything I think pot makes people very passive as opposed to alcohol makes people too aggressive.

Smoking pot is the worst of the two...it's long term effects are more deadly than that of drinking, which isn't necessarily fatal in the first place.

i do not recall hearing of anybody dieing from marijuana poisoning. the truth is...they are both bad for you. If your gonna choose one or the other, pick the one you think will get you in the least amount of trouble or will least likely get you killed. a friend of mine was killed during a drug deal gone arwy... but numerous people i know died while drinking and driving. i think its a no- brainer....weed is the lesser of the two evils

i'm a drinker and the stuff should be outlawed. No company would ever get it past the FDA these days. alcohol lobby is just too strong.

I think drinking is worse. I never heard of someone getting killed by a stoned driver.

well, marijuana is less harmful in my opinion....i have had people i know and love use both....and the alcoholics are something else....i can handle someone high but someone drunk is a different story....they are violent and aggressive....not to mention irrational...and always sorry in the morning...not my experience of peace loving, passive marijuana smokers who just want to laugh and eat my snacks.....
