I don't know, but there are similar groups for women where the men are not allowed.
There's nothing in the US Constitution that says that women have the inalienable right to attend Promise Keepers meetings. Nor is there one that says that men have such a right with regard to similar groups reserved for women.
Since they're private groups and since the Constitution has freedom-of-association protections, all of this is fair game.

Because promise keepers are for the men of the church. Women have their own meetings.
Christian men need to have the support and mentorship that Promise Keepers provides so that they can keep strong in their faith, strong for their wives and children. They are the heads of their homes, and they need the spiritual leading and to be fed by the Word of God with other strong Christian men.

I believe it is the same rational as having "girls only" math classes.
Apparently the founders of PK believed that men don't go to church much because men were afraid of being judged for their sins and weaknesses by women. So it is an attempt to give men a "safe" place to worship (in order to encourage more men to come).

Because it's a men's group. It's kind of the same reason why men are not allowed in P.E.O. meetings--that's a women's group.

Because in most religions women are considered to be second class citizens. To continue to support and participate in a religion that devalues women and considers them to be second rate, is an affront to the women who died pursuing sexual equality.
Stand up for your rights and demand equality.

You can get into them, but it's a "man" group, and it's kinda boring for women, believe me, i went to one.
Women of Faith is an awesome women only group, go to one of those events.
