I would like to easily add more soy rich foods to my diet for several reasons. I hear it helps children with allergies, lower cholestrol, and reduce the spread of breast cancer.

tofu, soy burgers, soy milk, edamane (young soybeans), soy nuts (mature, roasted soy beans, that are like peanuts once they're roasted).

I use tofu in place of ground beef, soy burgers when we're having a barbecue, and I drink soy milk instead of cow milk. I'm not a big fan of edamane or soy nuts.

Soy is a wonderful food! I have exceptionally low cholesterol. It's also cheaper to replace some of your meat dishes with soy/TVP products, and it's healthier.

At a chinese restaurant look for "tofu" dishes. This is 100% soy.

One of my favorites at the local chinese/japanese place is steamed soy beans (served still in the pod) with salt and a side of sauce... it's called Edamame

You can buy blocks of soy (bean curd) at you local grocery. Look in the fresh veggie section. Be aware there are different brands & levels of firmness so if you try one and don't like it, try a more firm/soft kind next time.

Some fake "hamburgers" are texturted vegetable protein, often times soy. Many restaurants nowadays offer "Boca" burgers in place of meat.

You can buy Textured Vegetable Protien (usually soy) in dry form at some groceries and most health food co-ops. TVP is also the main ingredient in things like meatless sloppy joe mix, meatless tacos, etc -- all prepakaged and available in most areas.

You can replace your milk with Soymilk -- especially great if someone in your family is lactose intolerant. (If you really don't like soy milk, try Rice milk before going back to the unhealthy regular milk)

For snacks look in your larger grocery stores in the ricecake aisle for soy cakes. They come in various flavors.
