I dont know about Asians specifically, but even as a female I get embarrassed by the driving habits of some of the women I know...

What do you mean? I've seen lots of Asian female drivers here in the US.
If you are referring to Asian females driving in their own countries, then I agree with you that there is not a lot of women who drive in Asia. That has something to do with the culture, although nowadays there are more and more female drivers in the Asian countries compared to a few decades ago. It's a slow progress because the culture is male-dominant, meaning for hundreds of years, males dominate in almost everything, and women are supposed to be submissive creatures and their place is supposed to be at home. Women didn't share rights with the men in some Asian countries, so there were a lot of things that they couldn't or shouldn't do. Now, things are looking a lot better as the world changes its views. Depending on what Asian country you are talking about, some laws and cultural views have changed for the women's advantage. In America, women are blessed to have that opportunity to learn to drive early on, go to school, vote, etc.

most people in china has never driven before(expecially females). its either , buses, bikes, or some guy pulling them in a chariot, but once they move to the USA , driving is a must. simply they just dont have the skills.
