Well your cat might have been affectionate when you went to a place and got her. She wanted to get a nice home with nice people. But sometimes, if you cuddle with a cat too much, she may get sick of it and wants you to stop for a while. Thats what happened with my cat. He was very affectionate. But when we got another cat he growled if you touched him. After we got our other cat, he began to eat a lot more. He hated being around people unless they had food. But he got used to it and eventually became affectionate again. Just give your cat some time.
Hope i helped!

naw ur cat don't hate u, some cats r just independent, i've had more then 30 cats over the years and i'm only 13 i know cats better then any1 else around my area, i've had cats that loved every1 and wanted to be petted all the times, but i've had a few that, didn't like certain ppl or just didn't like ppl at all and it wasn't because i didn't pay them no attention, they were just independent and if the cat only acts that way to u maybe u may have done something it may have not liked. In that case u need to get it forgiveness by maybe treats or toys.
Hope this help=D

I think the real question is, what's wrong with YOU? Cats are known to be extremely in touch with a person's character, and your cat's behavior around you says something about who you are. I suggest you reevaluate your life, and ask yourself: why am I such a bad person? Why do I insist on hurting others? Try to piece together your broken life. Only then could you possibly gain the trust of your cat. If the cat still doesn't like you, truth is, you're going to end up in a very hot place eventually.

she's a cat, all cats have their own special mood swings so maybe this is just one of them.
I have three cats and they are unpredictable day to day just keep trying to make contact with her she might come around in time. You might want to try a toy with catnip this usually mellows them out.

Check whether she doesn't have pain somewhere. She is moody some one else in house she isn't happy with. Cats are strange creatures she wants to left alone...

With cats any CHANGE in behavior needs to be addressed.
She may not be feeling well. If you don't have regular yearly vet checks for her she needs to be seen and evaluated for any possible illness or pain.

Some cats just are not cuddlers. Is it only you or does she do it to everyone? Also, cats are particular, she might just not like you for no reason at all.

It's possible that she's sick or in pain. Take her to a vet to rule out any medical reason. Assuming she's healthy, all of the posters above have given good answers to your question such as "she's old", "she might have changed her allegiance," etc.
