Had you had this boy neutered before he became territorial, then you wouldnt have this problem!!! Cat spray does come out of clothes.

Did you know that once a male is neutered their urine smells like a humans, but, the females urine stays the same??

Yes, they spray to mark thier territory. They also rub up against you for the same reason. We think its love and snuggles, when actually they have glands on their face that leave behind a scent we humans can't smell. To get the smell out of your clothes, go to your local pet smart, or pet co or any decent shop and pick up a bottle of Natures Miracle. Wash your clothes in it along with laundry detergent. It's safe for all materials and colors. Won't ruin your clothes. You can also use it on carpets and furniture. It works great, and is inexpensive. Also, if you get your cat neutered, he will most likely stop spraying, depending on how old he is. Once the testosterone has built up in their system (about 2 years old), they tend to still spray now and then even after they are neutered. Good luck to you.
