For breakfast, I love Bob Evan's sausage patties. On the grill, either Johnsonville Cheddar Brats or Hillishire Farms Cheddar Brats (or even on my Foreman Grill). I also like to take Bob Evan's 1 lb bulk sausage and use it in my Stuffed Manacotti, to make sausage gravy and biscuits and also on pizza. Johnsonville also has good maple links that I like with my french toast.

Boudin! If you are ever in Louisiana, then try some. It's pork, onion, spices, and rice stuffed into a sausage casing. It's the best.
