The first time we parted she walked away after we hugged. I asked her out again nevertheless and even she took some efforts to see to it that we hung out again. This time the situation was worse because a friend happened to be around and again I was left with a kiss on the cheek. I'd really just like to quickly get past the first kiss so that I know where we stand. What do you guys think is the best way to get to a point where I can kiss her?

well....maybe she's not trying to rush things...timing can be a btich. I think she's interested because of the kiss on the cheek. Maybe you need to make the first move and kiss her (on the lips)

Friendship is the begining, pal. IT took me along time, to finally kiss my ex, before she was my ex. Then at the country fair in 2003, I did it.

Ask her how she feels about you guys hanging out alot ,if she seems shy about it too...maybe she feels the way you do but just doesn't want to show it either.

take her mini golfing.. alone ! But make a bet with her that if u beat her you get to kiss her on the lips but if she wins she gets to kiss u! it works everytime!!!
