"There is always some good in any thought which strengthens the idea that life and the body are not the same."

""[Since] There is no past or future . . .[in your Reality - but exists only in Time] and the idea of birth into a body has no meaning either once or many times, . . .our question should be, 'Is the Concept helpful?' "

"Your birth is not your beginning; it is a continuing."

These quotes are spoken in the context that God created you. We do not really "make" each other. Given life as a Spirit-Mind, in the Likeness of God, Himself, that Mind has the power to dream in very real-like adventures. Each lifetime being an adventure. That we have dreamed for a long time does not give validity to the lifetimes we have dreamed of - in God's eyes.

It is more important to focus upon the Separation which began the dreaming to start with! "A deep sleep fell upon Adam. Nowhere does it say he woke up." That is an allegory of what occurred in the Separation which took place in Eternity - not the Garden of Eden. Learn about the Separation.

There are many things to learn from your dreaming - if you enjoy learning that way. Very useful things can be taught to you in "reviewing" past dreams of your "lives". Useful to learning about your chosen "human nature." Your personality.

Rebirth or reincarnation? They're different. But that is far too much typing. I'd have to explain theory of the nature of mind, theory of causation, theory of karma, sunyata, and then bring them all together. That's like 5,000 words. Abhidharmakosha by Vasubhandu. There, that'll get you started.

In the interim of life and death, the soul which is you goes to a place in the spiritual realm whereby you are in a meditative state awaiting your next 'arrival'.

There are many different levels of the heavenly state to which you 'rest', depending on your worthiness.

Reincarnation goes hand in hand with karma (actions), you are then rebirth according to your karma, be it good or bad.

Ultimately, you are to work out all your karmas in order to go beyond heaven, yes beyond heaven. Merging with the Supreme, where we all eventually came from.

Well, what I think is that after you die, the god(s) of your choice will either ask you what you want to be reincarnated as or where to be reincarnated at, and if you can't decide, then they shall choose for you.
