first of all a 19 year old is no boy , and i'm sure you'll be forgiven, but remember you can't say i'm sorry then go back and do the hibiddy jibbidy, and then come back and say oh i'm sorry. this girl is not brain washed and it's good she has a councious unlike YOU. No 19 year old needs a babysitter unless they are mentally or physically disabled.
If he is legally mentally retarded and you were in charge of his caretaking, he cannot give you legal consent. You may find forgiveness in your religion, but you may also face criminal charges.
If this scenario describes what happened, pull out of the field of caretaking and find a different line of work. Your professional boundaries are too leaky to trust yourself with people who are unable to mind their own best interest.

No, clearly the 19 year old boy was disabled mentally or such if he needed a babysitter. It's inappropriate to take advantage of those who are not able to function properly mentally.
