American's lag in math and science education. There are many who can't form a proper sentence, but I believe we all know the earth is round!

Your source is either someone who hates Americans or it was written 100 years ago. That must just be a rumor. I promise you, everyone over the age of 5 here knows that. We have some of the best education in the world. Ever heard of Yale, Harvard, Princeton?
