There as all this hype about Gates and his foundation. I watched some interviews with him where the main thing they plan to do is send vaccines to Aftrica.

DUH!!!!
1. Gates on large amounts of pharmcy stocks that MAKE THE VACCINES. = who gains to profit more than ever from this?
2. Rumor has it that a lot of these vaccines cause sterility and other viruses.

Bill Gates and his wife have established the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation to help fight poverty, fund education and benefit other less fortunate people. If these vaccines were causing problems, they would not be distributed ANYWHERE. Honestly, so many people condemn Bill Gates and think he's a jerk when he and Microsoft are responsible for revolutionizing the world and helping move us forward into the computer age - OMG he actually made money at it? That's a shocker - how awful that Bill Gates made money by creating an operating system that everyone uses! People whine about how crappy Windows and other Microsoft products are, but NO ONE else has come up with anything better. Go look Bill Gates up in Wikipedia and educate yourself, your question only displays your ignorance of how things work.

Pharma companies cannot spend that kind of money and then give away vaccines for free. This is not because they're evil, but b/c it's not their money - it belongs to shareholders who buy stocks expecting the firm to make money and not do charities.

When people want to do charities, they give money to Gates. Gates buys vaccines and gives them to Africans.

Moreover, since Pharma companies know that Gates will buy their vaccines, they keep developing better ones.

2. Rumor also has it that using condoms gives you AIDS, and having sex with a virgin cures you of it.

I have one question for you - are you using a PC? Running Windows, I assume? Stop thinking money is the root of all evil, what do you think is the root of all money? Since we're all using MICROSOFT products here, I thought I'd just let you know these facts... Do you know that Bill gates' REAL name is William Henry Gates III? Nowadays, he is known as Bill Gates (III) where "III" means the order of third (3rd). So, what's so eerie about this name?

Gates isn't anymore Satan (if there is indeed a Satan) than you or I. Yes he stands to gain because of his pharmaceutical share holdings...would advise that perhaps you invest along with him...you'll gain too. 99% of the bigger philanthropists that have given money did it because there was some unseen/virtually unknown benefit in doing so. It's not right, but how much has religion really given back to society given the extravagant buildings raised in the name of the Lord (if there is one)? Everyone knows that in order for him to give away his fortune like that it would have to be mutually beneficial...the guy isn't stupid nor is he Satan. PEACE!

he seems like a nice guy.
why is it when a rich guy does something nice, people question his motives? couldnt he decide he has enough money and wants to help? the governments sure are not doing their job (which isnt suprising because of how they operate (lobbyists, etc.)

his software does suck but thats because its written wrong. why have a few people decide how it should work and then tell others to do it when you can have MILLIONS of nerds all trying to make this or that piece work better...if you make a part better then yours is used and you are proud. LINUX
