I wear the tighter jersey and bike shorts because that's what cyclists wear, but I always get whistled at or something...how should I reply to this? I simply want to bike! If I supersize my McDonald's meals and eat there four times each day instead of only twice daily to gain about 300 kg., will I attract less attention?

Ok they are whistling cause well have you looked in the mirror recently? Ha Ha!!! You dont want to gain weight just to stop getting whistled at. When they whistle just keep biking.
Have you ever thought to wear a headset and listen to music while biking? That way you couldnt hear the whistles. It might be dangerous depending how crowded the streets are where you bike but its a suggestion. Good Luck.

Why not just enjoy the attention and wink back, smile or wave. What I am going to say is the absolute truth: When you are 50-60 years old you will wonder "why in the world did I ever ask this question." You won't get the stares, whistles and attention like you did in your younger good looking hot years and will greatly miss it. And I do mean greatly......Please, enjoy it now!

Adding weight to make people stop looking and reacting is not smart.
It is a complement, I know it gets annoying I get it all the time, why just the other day some dumb fool yelled out at me sitting at a bus stop, " I WANN A LICK YOUR TOES!"
Good lord when will it END!???
Some people like a FAT BOOTY so you might get rid of the one's you have now but gain the ones staring at your fat booty...AND then you'd have that fat booty!
I have often thought I would LOVE to SPANK one of those bikers as They ride by...but never had the nerve.
So be glad your not in the USA!
You are wearing SKIN TIGHT biker shorts, you are attracting attention DEAL WITH IT!

The finger. Perhaps you should also turn your bike in their direction and run the perverts over. Bring some pepper spray and let loose in their face. That is sexual harassment. Give them what they deserve. They dehumanize you with their actions, so kick their a**.

And don't worry about what clothing you're wearing. You could wear a burlap sack and it would still be inappropriate for them to whistle. Wear what you are comfortable in. Don't even think about changing because of their actions. You don't have to defend what you like, they should learn some manners and decency.

Be grateful that you get that type of attention, and just smile. You don't have to say anything - a smile in universal. Enjoy the attention while you're still young and people still whistle.

I would like to see you in those sexy tight bike shorts! Wave back at the people that whistle at you and smile.

Please do not get fat on McDonald's food. That wouldn't be good for you. It would be harder to bike with that extra weight.

Smile and wink! Be glad strangers find you attractive, unless they are not the type of strangers you want to attract.

Yikes....don't eat McDonalds. Aren't you a med students?? You should know better!

yes that will attract more attention but please do not do that you might get to big to even sit on your bike. If they whistle you could wave say hello or whistle back or just ignore them but i think it would be more exciting to whislte back. lol

(and i think you are right i do have the whole state to myself there's no one around)

Give them a big smile in return. Even better, give a smile to a girl who looks at you, but is too shy to whistle. It will make her day.
Please don't make the Big Mac stops. You look fine.
