if there not having sex then it's not wrong, but if they are then it is wrong and is also illegal

Nah, coz one day he'll be 56 and she'll be 52 - problem? Anyway, girls usually grow up quicker than boys, lol, so watch out or she'll overtake him! Just tell him to be gentle with her until she knows what she's doing. Then tell her to be gentle with him - she might get the hang of it so well she'll scare the pants off him - haha!

OK, just read the other answers and they all sound American, where things like this are really serious, and now my answer sounds really irresponsible. I'm in the UK, I assumed you were too, and here I don't think it's such a big deal. Most 15 year old girls are very grown up and can take care of themselves, he should know if she can't and look after her. Parents usually step in if they think there's a problem with it and I had my first boyfriend at 15 - no problems there and nobody minded. Peace, respect and, maybe one day, love?! Just tell him not to be a d ick and they'll be OK.

don't know where you are located, but where I am it would be considered stautory rape... prosecuted and then if found guilty, the guy would have to register as a known sex offender no matter where he moves to. He's too old to be "playing" with children anyway... tell him to quit cradle robbing and find a woman, not a child. Or at least wait until she is of legal consenting age.

If he is respectful of her age and is not having sex with her, then he maybe genuine and care for her. On the other hand if he IS having sex with her, not only is he breaking the law but he is also using the poor child because it seems unlikely he can get it elsewhere.

Legally she's under age and it's an offence to have sex with a minor. He could be charged with statutory rape even if she consented to sex.

if they are having sex then its against the law.
but if he hangs in and they dont do the deed till she is of legal consenting age then if they are happy it may strenghen the relationship
