Although I guess it could be possible that there are US citizens in there forces I dont think you are going to find an answer on here because I dont know if they would keep count of something like that.

If they are in there armed forces they are prob working on getting Israel citizenship and are just considered Israeli soldiers.

Jews get to have dual citizenship here and in Israel. What's more, if they commit a crime here they get to flee to Israel. Israel does not allow them to be extradited for crimes committed here. Those could be be "U.S. Citzens" you are referring to.
