picture icons?

how do I get a picture for my icon Im sick of that grey face when I answer questions.

Go to the preferences in you avatar.

FYI an Avitar is the face in the box.

Go to your profile, go to edit, select Use my 360 photo, and it will change to that. If you don't have 360, not sure what ya do.
