I often put a little cayenne in chocolate recipes (as someone else mentioned, it's great in hot cocoa). It really helps deepen the chocolate flavor.
The ancient Aztecs put cayenne in their chocolate, and they really knew their way around a cocoa bean, so I bet a cayenne truffle would be quite good.

No, but I've made cayenne hot chocolate before. It was pretty good (wasn't to spicy and the pepper made the chocolate taste stronger)
