Sorry, but this is a statement, not a question. You could have asked, Is it legal to spay or neuter illegal Hispanics to control population growth. Please realize that it is not only Mexicans coming over the border, but also immigrants from the other Central and South American countries. Would you like to redo your statement in a question format? Personally I prefer chemical castration. Done to incorrigible sex offenders all of the time, so why not just expand the program.

Many Mexicans are Catholic, and therefore do not believe in any form of birth control. And by that line of thinking, all Catholics, Mexican or not, should be spayed or neutered, so that they too can prevent over population, and can feed their children. And by that logic, all people capable of having children should be ordered not to have anymore kids until the orphanages are emptied, and refugees camps of orphans are emptied, so that there are no longer starving children.

if you think like that then maybe you should go live in china , let people have as many kids as they want . The government in Mexico is the problem they need to change so that people can get more money and can feed their families.

Mexicans aren't the only ones that have lots of kids and immigrate to the US you know? plus land is land no one should have the right to say were people can or cannot live . There are alot of other cultures that you can pin that on as well. Don't just assume every Mexican has a litter. I have volunteered at the local health department and to tell you the truth there are more White, African Americans, and Chinese then there are Mexicans coming in with their children. So you might not want to stick your foot in your mouth it's not very becoming.

I haved been spayed,thank you very much and I tired to get spayed as soon as I was 18 but no doctors would do it, at age 21, either, so write to your american medical association and organize a massive demonstration, sterilize all on demand, stop making us have kids then condemning us for having them

HUH, so my husband and I not having any kids means that we are 6 behind! Wow, and those illegals that I know, they dont have any either, except that married couple, they have one and are in their 30's. We have a lot of "work" to do!
