Sounds like 6 layer bars- they are decadently delicious, deadly, and the best!! Even better, they are simple to make.

In a rectangular baking dish evenly layer the following:

1. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2. thinly sliced pats of butter [1/2 stick evenly spaced on top of the flattened crumbs.
3. bag of shredded coconut [8 oz.]
4. bag of crushed walnuts [8 oz.]
5. bag of chocolate chips [8 oz.]
6.1can sweetened condensed milk

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
When almost cool, cut into squares, and lift with a spatula into a container or serving dish. Let cool completely before serving.

I really hope you try this recipe~~~~~It's soooooooooo good!

Maybe it was some sort of chocolate-caramel digestive biscuit?
I know "digestive biscuit" sounds... unappealing... but they're really, really good. It's a crumbly whole wheat flour cookie that's slightly sweet, and they sell varieties that are covered in chocolate, and some that have caramel and chocolate.

I provided some links with pictures of them below.

Maybe it was just a specialty in the cafe, and is only exclusive there? If you remember the cafe's name, find their phone number online, give them a call, and ask.

One of the best things I've ever eaten @ a cafe was a croissant stuffed w/ feta cheese & spinach...and I'm sure it was just called a feta spinach croissant :)

It could be ANYTHING

I would say call the place where you had it and ask them, it might be a specialty.
