i just told my crush that i like him...but i did it on aim, which was lame, but i was too scared to do it over the phone, and it was the second best thing. but after i told him, he didnt respond, but i knew he was there bc other ppl were talking to him. then like 45 minutes later, he responds and types: "i dont know how to respond to this" (i was just looking at it for awhile) then he says "are ya still there? i g2g ill ttyl"....im crushed, but i dont know if i should be. im confused...what does it mean??

Sounds like he just wants to be a friend. Don't push him. If he feels the same for you, he'll let you know. Just the fact that you put your feelings out there is a good thing. Most peopl are too scared to even do that.

Well it probably means that he doesn't feel the same way about u, But don't feel bad cuz I'm sure ur a great girl n will find someone else maybe even better.

Maybe it means exactly what he said " he doesn't know how to respond to this" Give him some time to think about what you said and I would recommend in the future either telling your crush to his face how you feel or keeping your feelings to yourself until you are mature enough to say it to your crush's face.

well put it this way he didnt reject what you said. so thats a good sign. maybe hes not ready for a relationship or is thinking about things. he will get back to you im sure

Don't do anything further until you speak to him. But it appears that he may not feel the same way you do.
