i am 30 weeks pregnant with my third child and normally the doctors can not even tell until you are at least 20 weeks along. the baby does not develop enough to tell until then.

You could have an amnio, but it's really not worth the expense and risk just to find out if you need to paint the nursery blue or pink. Anyway, you'll know in another 6 weeks or so.

when I found out I was pregnant, everyone at my work told me to put pee in a cup with drano in it. The crystal drano- like kitchen drano. If it totally fizzez ovet its a boy and if it just fizzez a little or not at all then its a girl! I thought they were crazy, but out of 4 of us pregnant women, It was right all 4 times. Just make sure you do this outside, and poor the pee in the drano, don't pee directly in the drano. good luck

As long as the baby is healthy what does it matter. Calm down and experience the wonders of pregnancy.
