If "oranges are rotting away" it is due to inefficent management. These jobs could be filled easily. I live in FL and see orange farms and they seem to be running fine. If you manage a orange farm and your orangers(aka money) is rotting away then you should probably resign or you will be fired soon.

The reason oranges are rotting is because no one wants to pick them for minimum wage, no American's that is.....Its simple economics......
