I have with great success. You'll just have to stick with the diet to get positive results and not include other meals.

I was on Weight Watchers and lost between 60-70 lbs. I was buying Healthy Choice for lunches to micorwave (they have WW points on the boxes). When I got to my desired weight, I continued to eat Healthy Choice for lunch 5 days a week and I eat what I want on weekends (in order to just maintain) and it's been working for me for 3 years now. I just wish they didn't add so many carrots just because I don't like the way they taste in their meals. Otherwise I enjoy them.

You need to be sure to add fresh fruits and veggies--only eating packaged foods are not good to do on a long term basis--they are not the same as fresh and have chemicals in them to prolong shelf life etc.

I have eaten them but honestly I really don't enjoy the frozen dinners. They taste very bland and under seasoned. The ice cream is pretty good though.

Ya I did when i was 10 I weighed 150 lbs. now I weigh 95 lbs.
I lost it in about 3 months. What helped me the most was when I was hungry i drank a glass of water, it takes away the temptation.

The words 'Healthy Choice' are an advertising gimmick. They contain all the bad things that all pre prepared meals have. I've been gaining weight on 'Healthy Choice' frozen dinners for years.

I ate Healthy Choice dinners for 4 weeks and lost 35 pounds (I was also working out on a bow flex...) If you buy their different varities they're not that bad...plus it helps you with portion control...

The Health Choice isn't as good as the Weight Watchers.

yes,...
as long as you keep a healthy attitude,...
If you can't control your consumption of anything,... Using sensible moderation and not over indulging. It won't matter which fad diet you use.
Its about getting out and getting some exercise, as long as its something you enjoy doing, something is better nothing. Also getting the self-discipline & self-restraint to make a difference.
