I have very stressful job. I make decisions worth 10's of thousands of $ all day. Loking for suggestions to relax.

You cannot reduce stress, you can only change how you respond to it.
I found meditation to be very helpful, and adding sublingual B-12 500mg to my daily regimen was also very helpful in assisting me to alter my reaction to the stressors around me.
There is a book available thru Amazon.com called "The Stress Cure", it gave me alot of good advice.

First, I put about 4 times the reccomended amount of bubble bath in the bath and stay in there for an hour. Then, I basically just buy a huge thing of chocolates, rent a funny dvd (a season of Friends usually cheers me up) and snuggle on the couch with a soft blanket. If this doesn't work, I'll take a walk. You know, whatever feels right that day. Good luck!

Have a good long lunch break once in a while... not the business lunch - the other lunch - a bit of peace and quiet.

Take a day off - awww heck, just have a HOLIDAY
Book a massage
Buy a massage chair
Try hypnosis or neurolinguistic programming (NLP)
if all this is not helping... you might seriously consider having to change jobs!

Find another job. Stress is okay to a certain level but enough is enough. Believe me, a high paying job is not worth it's weight in gold if you have a lot of stress. What is the use of being loaded with money if you are too sick to enjoy it.
