I would like to transfer a master category list created in MS Outlook to other users using MS Outlook.
Help!

If you mean other addresses, not knowing what version of outlook or op sys you have, the easiest way would be to do a search for the address book. Search for "*.wab" without the quotes. it is then just a matter of copying it and sending it to whomever. The will need to know how to import it into their outlook.

Yes! See first response. You an also export to a csv (comma separated file) and edit in xcel beforehand!

File -> Export
Other User:
File -> Import
Make sure to save as .pst
