I have to say Virgin Atlantic. They have a bar and a massage person, and their first class seats fold down flat to a bed.

Alaska Airlines:
The people there are excelent, very friendly.
I've flown all over the world, and they are the best. The planes are new, they have cool paint jobs, most have an eskimo on the tail.
They fly from the top of Alaska to Seattle to the East coast. and as far south as Can Cun & Mexico city.

Used to be Continental, cuz I worked there but has gone down the crapper since so I would go with Southwest or Frontier any day! How airlines treat their employees is only a reflection of how they ultimately treat their customers.

I love Swiss for international flights. Personal TV and free wine in economy class--can't beat that!
For domestic flights, I prefer Southwest just because it is cheap.
