how long does it last .. please help me i feel very sick.

If you're not able to keep anything down at all and you're not urinating, you need to see a doctor ASAP to make sure you're not dehydrated.
As for the treatment: small amounts of food - NOTHING greasy, spicy, or dairy. Carbs are best - rice, bread, crackers, pasta, etc. To drink: clear fluids like flat ginger ale or sprite or flat coca cola. NO juice - most will make the runs worse or just wreak havoc on your stomach pain.
Try to nap too - sleep makes the stomach empty and should ease the nausea and pain. DO NOT take things like immodium or pepto unless you speak to your doctor first - they can make it worse or last longer.
If your pain gets worse to where you can't stand up, call the doctor ASAP.

lasts until it's "passed" ... the diarrhea is your body's way of getting rid of what's bugging you... just Let it go... or try one of Several over the counter aids, like Pepto, or Mylanta... and DON'T let yourself get dehydrated, that will only make the nausea worse... so keep drinking Clear liquids, such as Ginger ale, or even Pedialyte... put a Cool or cold damp washcloth around the back of your neck, across your wrists, and grab a pillow to hug to your tummy while your in the bathroom... take a book, and camp out til it's over... Or you could go see your doctor right away... after all, this IS a friday...

go to the doctor, don't eat anythin salty or junky, just stick to some chinese food like plain white porridge for every meal, and drink gatorade(the original one...white one)...seriously..drink gatorade..i had this before and thats exactly one the doctor told me. it takes a few days to heal
