Maybe you shouldn't wash it as much. That may help. Our maybe you may want to consider a conditioner.

First of all, make sure you are buying a moisturizing shampoo. However, I would buy salon quality products because a lot of the other ones actually create build-up in your hair and on your scalp that is pretty nasty. Salon-quality products are only available FROM a salon-- I used to use Pantene Pro-V hydrating curls shampoo and conditioner and I had all kinds of build-up. They are more expensive, but worth it! I like Biolage.
Also, I assume that, having frizzy hair, you also have curly hair. Buy yourself frizz-ease serum, and I also use 'Dream Curls' by Frizz-Ease. It makes you curls soft and defined, without being crunchy like a lot of products out there do. (I hate having crunchy curls!)
And don't blow dry your hair! It dries it out even more. That's why I always air-dry it. The only way you should try to straighten it - if you decide to since so many people are suggesting, make sure you buy a straightener that has ceramic plates. They don't dry out your hair, keep the moisture in, and leave it silky and soft.
Hope that helps. :-)

I have the same thing with my hair and I use a de-frizzing shampoo and conditioner, Frizz-eaze control gel and I also flat iron straighten my hair, but I only do that when I am going out somewhere. If I am not going out, then I will let the gel be the last thing that I do and let it air dry so I won't do any more damage to it. Other than maybe using a brush to control frizz on your hair when you blow dry, it or actually using a curling iron or hot rollers, that is about it.

Try a leave-in conditioner. You put it into your hair after you've washed it, while it's still wet/damp, and then dry as normal. There are lots of different brands, and some will work better than others. I love Aussie Hair Insurance Leave In. It doesn't make my hair greasy, but smooth and silky and super shiney!
You might have to try a few different products to find something you like and that works with your hair type.

Stop using your shampoo. Dont blow dry your hair every day. Few times a week is good. When you can buy Garnier Fructis shampoo to calm the frizz and give your hair some moisture. Also, it will make your hair more stronger.

Do a conditioning treatment using mayonaise straight from the jar. It can be warm or cold. Just rub it into your hair & leave it on for at least 30 minutes & then rinse it off with cool or warm water (not hot). It works & it's cheap!

if ur white: after u wash it, while its wet, comb it alot and when it dries, it will be straight. to get rid of the dryness, use pantene shampoo and conditioner. it truely works.
if ur black: wash ur hair once every saturday or sunday. DO NOT use weave too often because it WILL break off ur hair. use pantene shampoo and conditioner. after u wash ur hair, put hair-grease in it and then straighten it with a hot comb. im 100% black and my hair is naturally past shoulder-length so i hope this will work for u.
^ > ^ GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some people might say get a perm but that might take out your hair so go to the beauty shop and ask a professional.
