Living 'heaven on Earth' would require that each of us take responsiblity for and control over our own lives. It would deprive religious leaders and governments of our attention, services, money and gratitude.
This would be such a great contributor to world peace, I hope it happens soon!

Because Adam gave the earth over to Satan and he is running things right now. It is impossible in our fallen state to not have hate and envy.

No it wouldn't.
It is very childish to believe that all of a sudden we could all start living in perfect peace.
Do you think the millions of people starving to death in slums would just forget their terrible lives?
Do you think the millions of people who have worked so hard for what they have would just give it all away to people they never heard of in coutries they never new existed?
Is everyone going to start working for free in order to supply food, water, medicine, housing, etc. to allof the people of the world who can't obtain these items locally?
Get real.

Your goal is fine, but the means are unrealistic.
Peace and love won't be established by humans.
We've proven over and over again that we don't really want it.
We only offer lip service to it.
Peace on earth will come from God's doing.
