Does anyone know where I can obtain black W-2 and W-4 forms online?

I need blank copies of the NC W-2 and NC W-4 forms for new hires at my company. My payroll service is behind on getting them to me so I am hoping they are available online. Where might I find them?

Oops - I meant *blank* W-2 and W-4 forms!

North Carolina doesn't use the NC-2/NC W-2 anymore, just use the federal W-2.
