The tongue weight must be less than 100 pounds and the whole weight, trailer + whatever you put on it must be less than 1000 pounds.

(according to the manual)

Yes. You can tow a Waverunner with a Honda Accord, but the deeper the water gets, the harder it's going to be to drive.

Sure you can, but you'd best put it on a trailer first.
