put them in the sink and wash them out with the water on high and hot. get a small brush and brush them out. i know that is disgusting, but it is part of parenting. i never washed them out, mine had enough that it grossed me out too much. either my huband did it or i just threw them away.

If they have poop in them, turn them inside out and swirl them in the running water of the toilet. Then rinse them in the bathtub. That should be good enough to get out the "big stuff". If you want to remove the stain from the inside, soak them in vinegar for about 20 minutes before throwing them in the washing machine.

The toilet rinsing trick is the best. Then I would ususally let them soak in hot soapy water for a while before washing them in the machine.

Turn them inside-out and swish the soiled spot around in the water in the toilet. Hold on tight so you don't have to fish in the water for a dropped pair of training pants!

I did the toilet rinsing trick too. Put them in there, hold on tight to the edge and flush a couple of times, it will hopefully help losen it up and then you can just swish it around a bit more and all will be well. Good luck, makes me glad my four year old is finally out of that!!!
