It sounds like you might have torn the anal membrane inside of the rectal cavity.
If she continues to be in pain, and or bleeding I would take her to see the Dr to get her checked out.
If there is a rip that can lead to an infection.
The next time you engage in anal sex make sure you use a lot of good quality lubrication and go slow. Make sure to clean up well and never NEVER EVER use the same toy, or finger, or condom in the *** and in her vagina!!! (clean up or get a new one)

Blood in stool can indicate hemorrhoids. It's also a symptom of some serious medical problems (up to and including colon cancer). Get the girl to a doctor ASAP.
