You can tell by the way you feel and act around him.
Look for balance. Both of you should enjoy they way each other looks, but not be obsessed with it. He should be able to find ways to talk and listen while you have the same opportunities to talk and listen. Hopefully, his life will be interesting and you will be captivated by what he's about and vice-versa ... that you have stuff he's captivated over.
Don't be shocked if you feel awkward and that you've lost you're grace ... this is just part of the twiterpation factor that you'll grow into and miss later. If he seems to be a maniac too, well give him a break because he may be just as twiterpated as you.

If we're talking _man_ rather than _boy_, it's easy. He'll tell you how much he enjoys your company. That doesn't necessarily mean that he'll use the "L" word, but he'll let you know how much you mean to him.
We're well into Golden Rule territory with this one. Specifically, people tend to give what they'd like to get. The thing that makes most men feel loved is appreciation -- we need it like you ladies need romance. So a man who is really into you will show it by appreciating things that you do.

well he pays atttention 2 u and actually listens to u and he will probably ask u out sometime for lunch or a movie somethinglike that or hell tell u.

if he come backs to u even when u ignore him..
when he talks n behave decently( no sexual jokes or touch etc)
then u will come to know that he loves u sincierly.
