There are a couple of possible connections to the death of your iguana:

(1) Did your dog lick the iguana? Iguanas tend to carry salmonella, which could have made your dog sick.

(2) Did your dog get along well with the iguana? He may be depressed.

(3) Your dog might be sick entirely unrelated to the death of the iguana. Since your parents are taking him to the vet, make sure you mention the iguana so that the vet can rule out any causes for illness due to the iguana.

I'm sorry but you're not giving enough information to help. Why did you're iguana die? Is there any blood in the urine?

Most importantly, why are you wasting time on yahoo when you should be taking the dog to a vet? There are too many factors to consider. He could have a simple urinary infection or major kidney problems. Go to the vet.

Go to a vet immediately! He could have picked up something from the Iguana, could have a urinary tract infections, or any number of serious things that could kill him, too, if not treated right away. The vet will do testing, take his temperature, etc.
