The light at the end of the tunnel is not worth worrying about. Think of the important things in your life not the tunnel.

a tunnel is just a fraz,, meaning a light at the end of a vision of how we see things after death.... some people don't believe in any light or tunnel,,, but in what your saying to me makes sence "I" believe and being true to me...... i believe in the tunned light and being life agian,, "you now spirits and suff" so never ending tunnel never ending life hunny so either way were coming back... so no matter how anyone puts it or how i put it ,,i always feel in someway safe..... and to let you know a tunnel vission is quit like a fantazy,, you in one place but that or feeling llike your in other... leaves us all to wonder about life .....

I sometimes have days like that where I wonder if there is an end to all this; so I can see where you are coming from. I have been struggling with depression & post-traumatic stress disorder for the past 15 years so far, & I get so frustrated that I wish that I never had this to start with. I know I have to learn to deal with this on a daily basis, & there are people out there that are available to help & support you if you need it.

You are just not there yet. Every tunnel has an end. Fight depression on every front.

the description of a tunnel is that it has two open ends....therefore one end does show light.

that's a tough one - and a question that I pondered a long time ago -

What about going to see someone to talk about your "tunnel vision" (sorry couldn't help myself) -

For those who have major depressive disorder we call it "the pit" and when you get in it, it's REALLY hard to get out - but you can get out, there are people who can help, and some of them even have ladders that can help you get out of the pit -

but the first thing to do is to see a mental health professional, so they can help you narrow down what's going on!!!

Well, I would first advise you to DIE, and then come back and tell me if there's an end LOL!!.......I believe there is...and if you REALLY study your life and think about it, everything you believe you CREATE, so I am probably creating that there is light at the end and my family will be there waiting for me!!!...we'll see!!! What about hell? do you believe in hell? i dont!
