Men are at their physical peak at a young age, with all of their hormones, and systematic functions working to make them strong and fully functional. as they age, their bodies functions slow down, and the things they do in thier lives change. so they often take in more calories than they can easily use. so if a man doesnt get more and more exercise, they will gain wieght. And as we all know, once you have that extra weight, it is hard to get rid of,. But certanly woulnt say Most men. I am wide because I am a big guy, I would be wide even if I didnt have any body fat, A lot of guys are pretty skinny. its just the personal body types that they have.

Cause the TV and computer are addicting and there woman to provide them with enough attention to keep them fit. You burn 300 calories just by a hour of sex.

becase a lot of men just get cravings and don't know how to fight them that is a difference between men and women although some women don't know how to fight them either.
