Everytime I go somewhere with my friends, and we go swimming or something, I'm always freezing. They say they're cold too, but I will actually turn like purple. lol why is this?
(I'm 5'5" & 106 pounds)

You're to skinny, you need more insulation...haha sorry, some people are just like that...

Hey, I have the same problem. I'm 5'7 and 110 pounds. I'm always super cold and people look at me like I'm crazy. Try living in cold Wisconsin winers!! They really suck!

Seriously, it is your circulation. Check with your doctor because there are conditions that cause this symptom. You do need to check it out. I know someone like that and she is on medication because if your extremities don't get blood flow, the tissues die.

First off... females are naturally colder than men. their body doesnt produce as much heat as guys do.
Secondly, your thin, real thin, and have no meat to make heat, therefore you get cold and turn blueish.

Anemic (low blood) or poor iron levels. Being anemic and poor iron are basically the same. Increase vitamin and iron intake.

no duh @ 5'5" and 106 you are below even the insurance ideals for HWP, child ya need some more adipose tissue
Plus ya probably ain't wearing next to nothing to swim in, cover up or find a sunny spot and bask

you are seriously under weight.
your BMI is just 18, Normal is 25 kg/m2.
just start high fat high protein diet. better choose veg source.
