Homemade Macaroni and Cheese
1 1/2 cups macaroni (cooked and drained)
3 Tbls. margarine
2 Tbls. flour

dash of pepper

Try this one - it's the best homemade mac & cheese I've ever tasted:
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups fat free milk
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) Velveeta Light, cut up
1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced-fat cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
2 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Melt 1 Tbsp. of the butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add flour and salt; mix well. Cook and stir 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add Velveeta chunks and 1-1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese; cook until melted, stirring frequently. Add macaroni; mix lightly.
Pour into 1-1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Melt remaining 1 Tbsp. butter; toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Notes: The original recipe calls for fat-free cheddar, but I don't like that; although it's waxy in texture, it doesn't melt well and adds little flavor. This version is still fairly low in fat, and it's awesome.

i do no longer recognize approximately you, yet i've got consistently made it via cooking some pasta, macaroni or the like, then positioned shredded cheese (of any variety, in lots of instances 2 distinctive) on desirable suited and in layers, then positioned it it the micro wave. For spices, i might use some sort of barbeque spice, possibly some sauce, and for sure a brilliant style of salt. grow to be this what you asked for? *going to the kitchen*
